About the Recruitment Consultant Role:Managing and developing a busy temporary and permanent multi sector client base Carrying out sales activity; cold calling, attending client meetings and networking events Developing strong client relationships and winning new business Achieving agreed weekly and monthly KPI to keep you on track Matching client vacancies and ensuring a perfect match for both client and candidate Ensuring service excellence to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process Skills and experience required:Were looking for someone who has a background in a targeted sales role although someone who has the passion and drive to learn along with an excellent phone manner and strong relationship building skills would also be considered. Previous experience in a similarrecruitment would be very interesting. You will be IT literate with the ability to learn new systems. A full UK driving licence is required for client visits (only when it is safe to do so in line with COVID guidelines) About the Recruitment Consultant Benefits:The earnings for this role are made up of a basic salary of up to GBP24,000 with current Consultants consistently earning GBP35,000 + from commissions and bonuses. With some elite consultants earning over GBP70,000 pa regularly.
