Recruitment Co-Ordinator - Private Hospital Group Group Headquarters, Bolton Full time/ Permanent 37.5hrs/wk - Monday to Friday Overview Compass Corporate Services are excited to working with a leading independent sector healthcare provider who pride themselves on delivery exceptional care to patients while also maintaining the highest standards of data protection and information governance.They are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their well established and expanding team. This role is hybrid with 3 days a week based at their company headquarters based in the centre of Bolton, The Recruitment Coordinator will drive and deliver on their growing workforce across all of the sites within the group, coordinating on project planningand adhering to headcount requirements for each new site. The Role You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws, regulations and policies across the company.Managing the flow of candidate pipelines until initial start date, working together with HR teams to ensure a smooth new starter process.Ensuring all recruitment processes are adhered to - operating within agreed SLAsManaging ATSTelephone screening and carrying out face to face interviewsManaging relationships with key partners and developing new supplier channelsProviding recruitment guidance to Line ManagersThe CandidateInternal or Agency recruitment experience in a busy office environmentManaging multiple and multi-location vacancies.Headcount PlanningInterviewing at varying levels within the businessAwareness of employment legislation regarding recruitment and on-boardingExperience of working with confidential information and maintaining its securityEmployee relations experienceThe salary on offer is £25,662 - £28,394 depending on experience.
