Job Description

Quality & Compliance Manager (Furniture Factory)£35,000 + Bonus + Negotiable Hours (between 22-35 hrs per week)Bolton Are you a Quality & Compliance Manager with a background working within manufacturing, looking to step into a Senior role with a company that has been at the forefront of a highly competitive market, leading the way in manufacturing office furnitureAre you looking add direct value to their products and team by effectively improving the current management system within a versatile role where you will accelerate and inform all relevant parties of improvement opportunities, with a company which will enableyou to reach your full potentialSince being established in 1993, this company does not only make significant investments into new technologies and production systems but also their employees, as they value retaining staff and have a reputation for doing so as they expand and focus on qualityand deliverability.You will be supporting various parts of the business, effectively leading the Quality, Heath, Safety and Environmental functions. You will also organise and support all external accreditation/ certification body audits.The Role:

  • Negotiable hours - between 22-35 hours per week
  • Undertake internal and external audits to maintain and improve upon accreditation / certifications (ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001)
  • To verify and report on actions identified as a result of all audits and investigations
  • Reduce carbon footprint and improve sustainability in company
  • Reviewing and updating risk assessments in a planned manner. and incident investigation procedures
  • Complete incident investigations
The Person:
  • Experience maintaining ISO standards
  • Experience in a similar role
