Job Description

We are working with a successful wealth management organisation in Bolton to recruit for a Financial Services Administrator to join their growing administration function.Client DetailsThis national wealth management firm will offer you a great role which will offer you scope to develop in the industry, as well as added incentives for performance in the role.DescriptionAs Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting financial advisers
  • Processing new business
  • Fund switches and withdrawals
  • Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers
  • Handling clients requests and queries
  • Getting quotations from product providers and provide illustrations
  • Preparing files for compliance related documentation, research, illustrations, supporting documentation
  • Sending reports and investment information to clients
  • Accurately submitting and maintaining data on the system for clients
  • Ensuring work is completed in specified timelines
ProfileThe successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm (wjole of market or SJP)
  • Knowledge of regulations and legislation
  • Strong administration skill set
  • Great communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent attention to detail
