Job Description

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Bolton - up to £28k basic plus commissionThis is a great opportunity to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brands who have been established in the area for 10 years. Established in 2014, we are proud to say we are one of the largest independent estate agents in Bolton. Dueto their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their professional and friendly team in Bolton.Main Duties for the Senior Sales Negotiator Role:

  • Progress sales from start to finish
  • Conducting Valuations and Viewings
  • Advising clients on the best course of action to achieve the best price for their property
  • Matching potential buyers requirements to properties currently on the market
  • Ensure all properties are listed correctly and all legal requirements have been met
  • Hit or exceed individual and team targets
  • Liaising with buyers and vendors to provide updates and viewing feedback
Skills Required:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the industry required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Clean Driving Licenses & Car For Business Use
  • Flexible

  • Industry related professional qualification such as NAEA or NFOPP would be a distinct advantage but not essential
