Can you deliver customer focussed Estate ServicesDo you pay attention to detail and have the ability to deliver a high standard cleaning service If so, this could be the role for you!Were looking for a skilled Community Caretaker to bring their expertise to the Environmental Services Team. Youll enjoy working with people and be able to use your knowledge and experience to make a real difference to our communities and our customers.With experience of caretaking and cleaning, youll also be responsible for reporting repairs and removing bulky waste items from communal areas on the estate.Youll be required to cover sites based in Greater Manchester with the primary estates located in Bolton so the ability to travel is crucial.In addition to managing work schedules and maintaining records youll be able to use a range of tools and carry out cleaning tasks and monitor estate activity. This is a varied and challenging role, which requires commitment, good customer care skills, theability to communicate effectively, and a can do mentality.Youll often be working alone and therefore need to be able to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated to organise your own time effectively. Youll need to be proactive in your daily activities and aware of safe working practices.
