Job Title: Asbestos Laboratory Analyst. Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester.Salary / Benefits £22k - £27k + Training + BenefitsLeading Asbestos Consultancy who are now looking to recruit an Asbestos Laboratory Analyst to join their busy North West team. You will be joining a rapidly growing Laboratory, undertaking sample analysis using PLM & stereo microscopy, ensuring equipment iscalibrated and the laboratory is kept clean, logging and storing all samples correctly and working in line with company / client needs. The successful candidate must be happy to work on a flexible shift pattern, including working nights. " Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " Able to work well in a busy environment, organise workload efficiently. " IT literate, able to work on internal systems. " Excellent communication skills." Excellent attention to detail. The Role:" Ensuring to log and correctly store asbestos samples upon arrival to the laboratory." Booking in samples using TEAMS. " Preparing samples for analysis. " Undertaking asbestos analysis using PLM & stereo microscopy. " Ensuring all equipment is calibrated and clean." Complying with relevant HSG guidelines and company procedures." Ensuring to complete all internal and external QC. " Efficiently managing workload in line with company / client needs. " Maintaining excellent professional relationships with clients.
