Job Description

We seek a diligent Account Manager to maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction in the Logistics industry.   • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Coordinate with the customer service department to meet clients needs.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer complaints or queries.
  • Manage account plans and sales forecasts.
  • Provide feedback, advice, and recommendations to the management team.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

Job Offer
