Baltic are working with a client based in Boldon who are looking for warehouse operatives, we have a solid relationship due to having worked with them for several years. Our client is a dynamic logistics and warehousing organisation.These exciting positions are to work within the logistics and warehousing support teams on key projects, storage, control and management for the client production lines and internal fulfilment of the clients product. Baltic Recruitment are looking to recruitseveral Warehouse operatives and Production operatives for their client based in Boldon. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow within a business as this is a long-term Temp to Perm Position.NO EXPERIENCE NEEDEDThe position is open to applicants with limited experience. Fantastic development programme, fully paid on the job training, mentoring/coaching.Duties

Quality Inspection or parts and components
Booking items on to computerised stock control systems
Picking, Packing & Dispatch
Loading and unloading boxes and Stillages
Assembling products

Candidates

Good attention to detail
Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors.
Understand the importance of working as a team to achieve productivity standards.
Be professional and possess a polite and positive attitude
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
