Job Description

Job Description

  • Unloading parcels delivered by wagons
  • Sorting into cages ready for deliveries to customers’ homes
  • Using handheld scanners
  • Can involve lifting parcels up to 25kg

Shifts & Salary:
  • Sunday - Friday
  • Usual starting time 2pm - 10.30pm
  • £10.42 per hour
  • Increasing to £10.74 after 12 weeks
  • 8 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Canteen
  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • Ongoing Assignment
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
