Job Description

REED Business Support Sunderland are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a Medical Supply company in Boldon.Required experience:

  • Proven experience in Administration
  • Computer literate - strong experience with MS Office, uploading and downloading documents onto a website/SharePoint.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel - creating spreadsheets etc...
  • Able to prioritise a heavy work load
  • Organised and good time keeping skills
  • The day to day role will involve general data entry, documentation (Excel and Word) and uploading and downloading documents onto a website/SharePoint and internal EQMS software. The suitable candidate would have good MS Office and IT skills (Experience of Excel formulas would be advantageous). You would also need to have good documentation skills – be able to re-create multiple versions of similar documents in the given format etc.This is a Temporary position which will go on for 2-3 months.We are looking to have someone start ASAP.
