The CompanyA market leading manufacturing company undergrowing a significant period of growth now require an SQA Manager.The Role

Day to day supervision of the Supplier Quality Assurance Department.
Implementation of the SQA strategy.
Continuously improve Supplier performance.
Ensure the use of up-to-date Quality Tools and Techniques to ensure newly designed parts are within the Supply Chain capability.
Continuously improve the capability of Suppliers manufacturing processes.
Reporting on the SQA department and Supplier performance.
The agreement and the implementation of the Supplier Audit plan.
The implementation of Supplier Quality Improvement projects.
The approval of new Suppliers to the agreed corporate process.
The continuous improvement of all departmental KPIs.
New part and process approvals (APQP/PPAP).
Liaise between supply base and project team.
Continuously improve Supplier performance.
