Have you got experience of working with children with challenging behaviour Do you have a passion for supporting young people with barriers to learningMilk Education are working closely with a secondary school in Blyth who are looking to employ a ‘Behaviour Buddy’ on a long-term basis. The role will involve providing support to KS3 and KS4 students who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learningdue to various difficulties such as SEMH needs and underpriviledged backgrounds. You will support them in accessing the curriculum in order to help reduce incidences of internal and external exclusion. It is important that you are proactive in building positiverelationships with these students and liasing with the school’s SENDCO to provide the best possible outcomes.
