The Company Our client is a market leading niche manufacturer. Due to growth, they have a new role for a day shift Production Supervisor.The Role

You will lead and co-ordinate activities to ensure the departments objectives in terms of cost, service, delivery and safety.
Direct and co-ordinate activities obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities and personnel.
You will ensure compliance to policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
Support and co-ordinate investigations into customer complaints both internal and external relating to the processes.
Lead and motivate team to ensure delivery of KPI’s in safety, cost, quality, and delivery.
Ensure that personnel are fully utilised at all times.
Monitor and direct activities towards waste reduction in scrap and rework, stock inventory and assembly process times.
Identify and participate in change initiatives to increase productivity.
Facilitate and organise continuous improvement initiatives/programs.
Manage individuals’ performance and development.
Investigation into quality, safety and productivity issues and implementation of corrective actions to prevent a re-occurrence.
Ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained.
Ensure health and safety regulations are implemented and adhered too.
You will work day shift 37.5 hours.
