Job Description

Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit a Production Operative for their client based in Blyth on an on-going basis working day shift only Monday - Friday.Join our dynamic team as a Production Operative. As a Production Operative working on a fast paced production line you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the timely and efficient manufacturing of high-quality products.Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Assemble and inspect products to meet quality standards.
  • Monitor production lines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
