Job Description

Our well established client who are a memorial masons and funeral directors, are looking to employ a goal-driven Account Representative, to drive company sales by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. You will be basedat our head office in Bloxwich. The Account Representatives responsibilities will include: selling memorial products and services to existing wholesale clients, and relaying client feedback to management. You should also be able to answer clients questionsand address their concerns. Initial training will be given.Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Acting as the main point of contact between the company and clients via email and telephone.
  • Preparing and submitting quotes, orders, contracts and various other documents to clients.
  • Improving sales by attracting new clients through cold-calling, emailing, and following company-generated leads when requested.
  • Resolving client complaints in a professional manner, and reporting them to management as required.
  • Developing and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
Hours are Monday to Friday08:30-16:30Pay rate ranges from 25k to 29k annuallyLocation: Walsall
