Job Description

Are you an experienced Maintenance person with a big heart Do you want the chance to make use of your skills but also make a difference to the lives of othersYour role will include:

Working closely with the Maintenance Manager or nominated colleagueto make sure that our residents live in a place that is safe and well maintained at all times
Ensuring that regular safety checks and servicing is carried out on all equipment and accurate records are kept.
Having excellent communication with the Home Manager and also the Residents
Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance
Clearing and Cleaning general areas
Assembling furniture
Painting and decorating

You must have excellent communication skills with Managers, Colleagues, Residents and Visitors to the Home.We will offer you:
