Job Description

Estate Agent Sales Valuer - Bloxwich - £25k basic + £3k car allowance £45k OTEMy client is a leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands with a solid reputation built up over many years. They are an independent, multi branch business who strive to provide an exceptional service to all their clients. They are looking for an experiencedEstate Agency Sales Valuer / Lister who will have local area knowledge and have a proven record in business generation and winning new business. This is a high performing office where you will be carrying out on average 30 valuations a week and they are offeringa competitive salary package and car allowance.As Estate Agent Valuer you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business leads
  • Carrying out valuations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
  • Presenting sales pitches to prospective clients
  • Selling referrals for Financial Services and Conveyancing
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Adhere to Company Best Practices/Brand Standards.
  • Promote features and benefits of the Companys service, e.g. marketing and advertising strength, customer service programme, customer care.
The successful Estate Agent Valuer will have the following skill set:
  • Minimum 2 years experience working as an Estate Agent Valuer
  • Proven track record in winning new business
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and car
  • Knowledge of the local area
