Job Description

| OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR || TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY || £9.50 - £10.00 AN HOUR || MONDAY - FRIDAY, 8.00AM - 5.00PM ||BLENHEIM, NOTTINGHAM |**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN AN ADMINISTRATION POSITION IS ESSENTIAL**Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to over see all administration duties within the business. You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage your day and workload effectively. You will be highly efficient, task-focussed and be able to make calculated decisions!Responsibilities:

  • Checking and posting supplier purchase invoices
  • Organizing meetings either internally or externally, helping with logistics and recording outcomes / actions where required
  • Running of routine data reports and providing summaries of results
  • Routine maintenance of the ISO9001:2015 quality system
  • Maintaining filing systems and archiving documents both electronically and in paper copy form
  • Answering incoming calls and directing as appropriate
  • Supporting the management team in various ways. Organizing meetings/calendars, information gathering for contract negotiations etc.
  • Managing holidays, sickness, attendance and absence records
  • Control stock levels of office/canteen supplies
  • Dealing with incoming post and e-mails
  • Liaising with accounts team to provide information related to expenses and cash purchases
  • Electronic data processing of sales orders received by email, web portals, post etc.
  • Assisting the purchasing dept in finding products to satisfy customer requests when they fall outside of our core product range. This will also include making credit card purchases either online or over the phone.
  • Skills/Attributes/Experience:
  • Previous experience in an Administration position is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate and able to focus on detail
  • Good computer skills including outlook, excel, word & power point etc
  • Strong administration and organisational skills - able to plan and prioritise
  • Prepared to work as part of a team and willing to offer support in all areas
  • Energetic and able to communicate priorities with all levels in the business
