Job Description

Our client provides bespoke packaging services for their clients and are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to assist with the increase in work.Working in a small team you will be required to carry out the following duties:

  • Quality check labels against pick sheets to ensure there are no discrepancies
  • Read from pick sheets to find product requirements
  • Locate items for picking around the warehouse
  • Pack items into envelopes, boxes or place onto pallets depending on courier
  • Add labels to items and palletise each product
  • Operate shrink wrap machine when pallets are ready for the warehouse
  • Store pallets in correct location in the warehouse Operate packing machines
  • Ensure correct amounts of products are put into boxes
  • Quality checking work
    • The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
  • Previously worked in a Warehouse environment would be desirable
  • Able to count accurately and carry out own quality checks
  • Key eye for detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team, ask for assistance when required and work alone
  • Adhere to all health and safety whilst on site
    • This would be an on going temporary position, the working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and 8am-2:30pm on a Friday.This job is being advertised on behalf of Temp-Team Ltd., who are acting as an employment agency / EB.
