Location: Blaydon / Stockton - Covering North East EnglandSalary: £30,000 to £40,000 basic salary, with OTE of £70,000Contract: Permanent, Full TimeHours: 42.5 hours across Monday – Friday.Are you ready to drive your career to new heights We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for exceeding targets, maintaining client relationships, and exploring growth opportunitiesin the light commercial vehicle industry, we want to hear from you!Joining our high-performing Sales team as a Business Development Manager, your primary goal will be to achieve continuous revenue growth by effectively managing and developing your dedicated client accounts. You will exceed performance targets, retain clients,negotiate rate increases, and identify additional revenue opportunities. Your ability to utilize CRM systems and maintain a high level of product knowledge will be key to your success.What’s in it for youSalary- Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a fantastic performance -based bonus and Company Car / Car Allowance.Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service.   • Firstly, you will have prior experience in an Account Management / Business Development role, ideally in an SME B2B market.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • You’ll be able to negotiate and interact with a range of stakeholders
  • You’re able to articulate personalised proposals and reports for your client’s needs.
  • You take pride in being an ambassador for your brand - as a Business Development Manager; you are a credible and assured networker able to build effective and profitable relationships with key stakeholders.
