Job Description

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPERARE YOU LOOKING FOR PART TIME WORKREED are supporting a client in the Newcastle area, looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent basis.Salary: £30k pro rata, depending on work hoursResponsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Assisting with payroll and tax compliance.
  • You will also work closely with our accountant and office manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
To be successful in this role, you should:
  • Have a minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Have excellent knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
