Job Description

Service Administrator Vacancy - Motor TradeLocation: Blaydon-on-TyneHours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30Salary: up to £22,000We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Administrator for our clients site in the Milton Keynes area. Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator with a good working knowledge of After sales and the processesassociated. Previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity. Must have experience within the Motor trade.Service Administrator role:Working closely with the Service Advisors, Service Managers and the Workshop. You will be tasked with the invoicing, administration within the service department.

  • Preparing documentation relating to transactions, in an a methodical and accurate manner;
  • Maintaining an efficient document storage system, which allows for prompt retrieval of information;
  • Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs;
  • Preparing invoices; and
  • Maintaining accurate payment records.
