Job Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Blaydon Salary: Up to £29kOur client, an industry-leading manufacturing business based in Blaydon, is looking for a creative Marketing Specialist who can lead and develop the marketing strategy for the organisation. As Marketing Specialist, working with the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for management and delivery of all marketing activities within your remit. Responsibilities: To work closely and help manage clients retained external public relations and digital marketing agencies to assist with the identification and creation of new content. To manage the companys websites and update content as needed via the Content Management system. Direct specialist agency in their maintenance, design and SEO activities. Manage the social media presence, creating and updated content on its channels on Linkedin, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. To assist in the design, pre-show planning, preparation, and management on the companys presence at trade exhibitions and conferences. To assist in the design and preparation of all marketing collateral, digital and traditional. To manage incoming leads, enter onto the business CRM system and assign to the relevant person. To assist in the planning and organisation of photo / video content. To assist the Sales & Marketing Director and external agencies / legal support in the management of the companys registered trademarks. Ensure corporate branding standards are adhered to and that associated licenses ae kept up to date. Support in the preparation of annual marketing budget and monitor spending. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally a d B2B marketing environment. Thorough understanding of different marketing channels. Solid set of computing skills including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, etc. CRM system experience would be advantageous. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
