Founded in September 2020 by Alice Rowen Hall and Andrew Hall, we combine passion for interior design withthe neutral glam aesthetic.Role overview:We are seeking a positive, problem solving and high energy individual who will support the marketing department in the delivery of the marketing strategy and campaigns in our rapidly growing e-commerce business. Reporting into the Head of Digital and Peopleand Development Manager the desired candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and analytics, social channels and trends and are able to follow all procedures and processes.Primary responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Head of Digital on biddable media campaigns, planning and monitoring
  • Pulling ad hoc and scheduled reports on website analytics and social mediaperformance at daily, weekly and monthly intervals
  • Assisting with the daily management of paid media channels, including creating newengaging ads
  • Scheduling email campaigns to our database
  • Leveraging our internal studio to create sales driven content
  • Reporting content performance to the marketing department on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Creating awareness of and developing the brands through all marketing streams
  • Working closely with the marketing executives and graphic designers to delivercompelling content
  • Assisting promotional activities and organising market research
  • Creating and uploading new products to websites, liaising with the marketing executivesand buying team for approval
  • Ad hoc website changes, including tagging of items, replacing images, working withbuying and merchandising teams
  • Supporting the co-ordination of company events
  • Adhering to the marketing strategy and plan

Entry requirements:You need to have 5 GCSEs
  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
  • 3x GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject
You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.Find out morehere: https://Qualifications/UKQRS/Default.aspxWorking week:37.5 hours per week.Important information:QAs apprenticeships are funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
