WHAT COMPANY YOU WILL BE WORKING FORWestray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit an Assembly Operative for our client based in Blaydon. You will be competent with basic hand tools to undertake assembly duties. The role requires the mounting of metal components and requires the successful candidateto be dexterous, motivated to achieve despatch deadlines and to ensure the overall quality of the product.This is a day shift only role and it centres on a temp to perm contract. The role pays up to £10 per hour with experience. The role is located in Blaydon.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLEWorking to assemble components and ensure that build instructions are followedUsing basic hand tools to aid assemblyQuality checking produced assemblies to ensure quality standards are maintainedLabouring within the factoryEnsuring work stations are kept clean and tidyWorking at pace in order to ensure production lead times are metWHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITIONPrevious assembly experienceCompetent to use hand toolsGood eye for detailFlexibility to undertake general labouring requestsWHAT ARE THE FINER DETAILS OF YOUR ROLEThis is a temp to per role, working 7am-5:15pm Monday to Thursday (4 x 10hr shifts).
