Job Description

Robert Half Talent Solutions is exclusively partnering with a Blackwood based services organisation to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a Temporary to Permanent basis.Starting immediately, this role will be hybrid working - 4 days on site and 1 day from home with flexible working hours.The Role:

  • Processing and uploading invoices on a daily basis
  • Ensuring all invoices are approved in accordance with payment terms
  • Posting of supplier payments
  • Resolving supplier
  • Vendor maintenance
  • Processing monthly staff expenses
  • Assisting with month end tasks
  • Monitoring if shared inbox
  • Credit card Reconciliations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years Purchase ledger experience
  • Experience working with high volumes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines where required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Whats on Offer:
  • Hourly rate equivalent of up to £24,000 DEO
