The Finance Analyst role is an essential part of the Accounting & Finance team in our Industrial / Manufacturing sector, focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.   • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  • Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
ProfileA successful Finance Analyst should have:
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
  • Good business acumen.
