Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Buyer to join our client, the role is to oversee the cost-effective procurement of production materials and indirect spend, while maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure quality service delivery. The successful candidatewill play a crucial role in achieving business objectives, reducing costs, and enhancing operational excellence.Responsibilities:
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement of production materials and indirect spend.
  • Manage supplier relationships to maintain quality service standards.
  • Drive procurement excellence and contribute to business metrics.
  • Negotiate agreements, monitor supplier performance, and maintain procurement master data.
  • Support budgeting processes and implement purchasing best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial purchasing within engineering or manufacturing its a must.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in MRP, ERP & MRP II Systems.
  • Experience managing a team.
