Job Description

My client a PRODUCTION / MANUFACTURING factory in BLACKWOOD are currently recruiting 10 MACHINE OPERATORS.Are you currently available and looking for work, available for interview and to start immediately If Yes then this could be the opportunity for you.This is a hard working role, not for the faint hearted, you will need to be an individual who is not only Alert, but also has the best Attention to Detail, and is of course Safety Aware.Before you apply, please make sure you can answer YES to ALL of the following:

  • You have previous manufacturing / production work experience
  • You are willing to work 4 on 4 off "Continental Shifts" (4 on at 6am - 6pm and then 4 off and then 4 on at 6pm - 6am)
  • You will ideally have at least 1 years experience with this work
  • Health and Safety awareness will be paramount to you
  • A good understanding that "Attention to Detail" is key for product quality checking
  • You have access to a Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle etc. and where necessary the relevant licences (This is a hard to get to location and cannot be reached on foot)
  • You are aware that this is a Temp to Perm job
  • You Accept we pay you weekly for the first 12 weeks and then when you become permanent, you move on to 4 weekly pay.
  • As part of this indeed application process, you will be invited to take part in a basic Health & Safety Test
