We are now recruiting again !!PMP Recruitment is looking for full-time production operatives happy to work at a food manufacturer in the Cwmfelinfach near Blackwood.*Our client is one of the UKs most exciting independent food products manufacturers producing snacks, ready meals, and desserts. Their mission is to create exciting and innovative food using the finest ingredients.**For the right candidate there is also an opportunity to move into a permanent position. No experience needed !**The factory environment can be busy, but your safety comes first and all personal protective equipment will be provided.**Available shifts:6 am - 2 pm2 pm - 10 pm10 pm - 6 amPay range:£8.91 - £9.13This role will include picking/packing/lifting/moving working of fresh products and working on the production lines. You will clean the lines after products are finished and if needed you will be asked to prepare a line for the next product.**Duties include:**Producing a quality dairy productSupporting the shift leaders to achieve targets according to the production planComplying with all company policies and proceduresExcellent hygiene and housekeeping of the area**About you:**Must have basic English Literacy and Basic Numeracy SkillsWork well in a team and or ownGood understanding of health and safety and food hygienePrevious factory experience desirable but not essentialGood communication skillsFlexibility / adaptabilityAbility to show initiativeFull induction training is provided.**Please note public transport is limited in this area.
