£23,500 basic salary, rising to £25,500 after probation
Uncapped commission with an OTE of £40,000 to £60,000

Day to day roles as a Secured Loan Advisor include:

Outbound calls to pre-qualified customers, providing industry leading, regulated Secured Loan/Second Charge Mortgage advice.
Liaising with a broad panel of lenders and partners
Completing fact-finds, credit checks and all relevant background checks
Providing Referrals to preferred partners where appropriate

With fully funded training and study support being provided to become a qualified mortgage advisor, we STRONGLY encourage candidates with ANY sales experience in a telesales environment to apply for this Secured Loan Advisor role. However, if you do haveany of the following this will certainly support your application:

Proven track record of achieving targets/KPIs in an outbound sales environment.
The ability to successfully handle objections and close deals, whilst keep a customer centred and compliant attitude.
Experience working in a Financially/FCA Regulated business
Worked in any roles with the job title of Telesales Exec, Sales Executive, New Business Exec, Mortgage advisor,
