Job Description

Axon Moore are delighted to be representing an innovative and growing business in their search for a new Finance Assistant. This exciting role will offer the successful candidate multiple avenues to continue their personal and professional development,and therefore requires and enthusiastic and positive individual to join their high-calibre friendly team.Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Authorising supplier invoices
Processing and recording supplier invoices in Sage software
Checking Client Invoices and allocating receipts
Weekly Payment Run
Weekly and Monthly bank reconciliations for all entities
Banking all cheques
Liaising with suppliers
General finance administration duties and ad-hoc information gathering

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Sage accounting or similar software
Have the ability to think logically, adjust invoices and if necessary re-calculations, carry out analysis on information
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
