Workshop Supervisor (Electrical/PCBs/Motor Driver)Blackburn£35,000 - £45,000 + Days + Training + Autonomy + Varied Role + 24 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + PensionAn excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience working on electrical, PCB and Motor Driver fault finding and repair to join a rapidly emerging supplier of electrical/electronic products at the companies recently opened site in Blackburn.On offer is a stable role in an expanding company where you will undertake challenging yet extremely rewarding work, where you will be allowed the autonomy and independence to make the decisions that will help to push forward and streamline the workshop processes.The company is an emerging force in the supplying of electrical/electronic products industry that has been operating in the UK for over 25 years. They have a rapidly increasing turnover earning around £15million last year, this being up 50% from pre pandemicfigures, and with growth showing no signs of slowing down its an exciting time to join them. However, despite this rapid growth they have not forgotten what got them to this position in the first place, with a great reputation for both the quality of theirproduct, and also for the way they choose to look after their long term staff.In this role you will be expected to undertake a wide range of responsibilities, with the role covering all aspects of the workshop process, from liaising with clients and customers to improve the product on offer, to having a major role within the workshopprocess where you will be tasked with fault finding and enacting repairs on a range of electrical products, working primarily with PCBs and Motor Drivers.This is a great opportunity to join an exciting and rapidly growing company with good training opportunities where you will have the chance to leave your mark on a rapidly emerging business.The Role:
