About the roleAs Warehouse Team Leader you will be for responsible ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment whilst achieving agreed daily targets.Managing a highly motivated multi-skilled warehouse team to world class standards, you’ll ensure safety remains our number one priority, support activities with a knowledgeable, hands on approach and that the Shift Manager is kept informed of all operational issues.You will be responsible for all Goods-In and Goods-Out activities whilst ensuring a high level of stock accuracy through robust process controls.The weekend shift pattern is Friday to Sunday, each shift is 12 hours and has a starting hourly rate of £11.00 with paid lunch breaks. The Company has a structured pay scale and training plan for its warehouse teams and is fully committed to supporting individuals to achieve their personal and company goals and rewarding accordingly.About youWith previous experience of managing people, ideally in a multi-site warehouse environment, you’ll be able to problem solve, apply lateral thinking and take decisions as appropriate.With area responsibility you will have a proactive and self-motivating attitude to achieve World Class warehouse standards on a daily basis.An FLT License is essential and an ILM Level qualification would be advantageous, as would knowledge of MHE regulations, storage and maintenance.About usEstablished in 1993, Accrol Group is the UK’s leading independent tissue converter, producing private label toilet roll, kitchen roll and facial tissue products for most of the UK’s major grocery retailers.
