Role: Technical Payroll OfficerLocation: Blackburn, BB1 2FAContract: Full-Time / PermanentSalary: £28,000Company: EG Group About the Role…We have an amazing opportunity available for a Payroll Technical Assistant, in this role you will be responsible to support the Head of Payroll in managing the day to day function of the UK payroll for circa 23K employees ensuring compliance with the statutoryand contractual obligations of the Company.You will also be required to operate monthly control and checking processes across the UK payrolls to produce accurate statistical and analytical information of our Time and attendance system Reflexis/Kronos Duties & Responsibilities• To ensure the Time and attendance is processed accurately and efficiently within the published payroll deadlines• Carry out, monitor and check all monthly reports and month end payroll control process, ensure completed in an accurate and timely manner• Manage time and attendance processing and interface with payroll• Support the process of loading import files received from HR (Success Factors) into ADP• Maintain accurate data in sync with the HR system data i.e., contract types, cost centres etc• To manage changes in legislation within the payroll application, support a test process with 3rd party provider to ensure updates are implemented in a timely manner
