Job Description

QA Tester - Blackburn office - up to £40,000 DOEWould you like to be part of a company as they start their journey of implementing Automation Due to unprecedented growth, this exciting company who specialise in cloud delivered systems are looking to expand their team.You will be embedded within the software development team, playing a critical role in delivering bespoke, cutting edge software solutions.The role:

  • Working alongside the development team to define and create test criteria
  • Staying up to date with the latest tools and best practices
  • Using automation tools to implement repeatable tests
  • Delivering realtime feedback on new development features
  • Actively engage in each part of the development process to maintain the highest quality
Essential skills:
  • 1+ Years experience within Automation Testing
  • Great team player with excellent communication skills and work ethic
  • Tech savvy
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Experience of the SDLC
  • Willingness to learn new skills and tools
  • Exposure to agile methodology, and software testing life cycles in agile environments
Desirable skills:
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes and experience
