Multi-Skilled PlumberWe are looking for a Plumber to work on behalf of a local housing association, this will be a mix of PPM and responsive repairs on voids and tenanted properties, Based around the Blackburn areathis contract role will be for3 months to start with (likelybe extended).You will be required to carry out such works as repairing leaks, fitting new sink units, fitting new bathroom suites, renewing waste pipes, gutters and rainwater pipes, installation work, and subsequent maintenance work.This will require travel so a full UK driving licence will be required and a van, fuel card and PDAwill be provided, you will also need to have the relevant NVQ or City in Guilds in Plumbing etc.Plumber required for the Blackburn area to carry out day to day repairs and repairs and installations to empty/void propertiesNVQ2/3 required with Unvented Cylinder qualification if possibleVan and pda suppliedOwn tools
