An opportunity has arisen to join the Wealth Management team as a Marketing and Project Executive.This will involve working very closely with the clients wider firm marketing team on marketing plans, events, development of marketing collateral, email marketing etc.Purpose:To work as part of the Wealth Management team, linking closely with the wider firm’s marketing team in supporting the achievement of strategy plans and marketing goals.Duties:• Promotion of our wealth management team via social media channels, whilst linking closely with the wider firm’s marketing team to ensure alignment• Content writing of blogs, articles, literature and technical guides and supporting the adviser team with their content writing• Supporting the marketing team on design of marketing collateral for the Wealth Management team, including magazines, newsletters, flyers, invitations and adverts• Events / seminar planning and management (with full organisational responsibility including venue management, control of internal and external communications, liaising with delegates and reporting on feedback to measure return on investment)• Managing the email marketing database and ensuring compliance with the firm’s GDPR policy• Assisting with the development of our networking strategy and management and recording of our networking activity to measure return on investment• Conducting and managing projects in order to help improve operational processes in line with our recently introduced business strategy plan.They want you to:o Improve the way that we store, assimilate and use management information to enable us to achieve our business strategy; ando Assist with the development of the way that we use our back-office system (Iress Xplan) and IT to improve processes and communications with our clients and contacts.• Provide support to partner and director in the capacity of a personal assistant when required• Keen to play an active role in a dynamic team and willing to contribute to the success of the team and the firm as a whole• Passionate about providing great service to clients and colleagues• Great at communicating with people at all levels – face to face and in writing• Positive and good at using your initiative• Good at working under pressure• Motivated and well organised• Willing to occasionally work out of normal hours to support eventsThe ideal candidate will:• Have experience in Adobe InDesign, WordPress and Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms)• Be familiar with the use of recognised software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in writing copy for marketing purposes• Have good organisational skills as well as the ability to take initiative and contribute to the effective running of the department• Have some experience in a marketing role• Have some experience of working in or understanding of a financial planning businessPackage details:Salary: 25kBenefits:• 23.5 days’ holiday per annum + bank holidays• On site free parking• Arange of benefits such as private medical insurance, extra holidays etc.• Employer pension contribution of 8%• Death in Service life cover of 4 x salary• Full training and supportIf this looks like your perfect role then please do not delay.Get in touch by sending your up to date CV to victoria.o’ or call Victoria on for any additional information
