Scuba diving is a great family activity that can be relaxing, technical or adrenaline charged.About the Role:Here at Aqua Lung, we are now looking for a Head of Manufacturing to assume overall oversight and responsibility for the production department, ensuring the achievement of production targets within agreed budgetary requirements. Through strong leadership, you will ensure the team is highly motivated and produce right first-time products’ in an efficient and cost-effective manner.About You:Do you have demonstrable experience in a medium to large, fast-moving engineering/manufacturing company Do you have a significant amount of managerial experience to include managing and implementing change If so, we want to hear from you!We’re looking for an individual who holds an IOSH managing safely qualification and who has served a recognised Engineering Apprenticeship in Injection Mould Toolmaking (with a HNC or City & Guilds as a minimum). You’ll have previous Injection Mould Tool Designing experience and good knowledge of Cimatron mould design software.Results driven, you will have a proven track record of Lean Manufacturing and have demonstrated efficiency and cost improvements in a manufacturing set-up.
