Job Description

I am working with a fantastic award winning regional law firm based in Lancashire, who are looking to expand their Legal 500 family department as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded regional Law Firm in the Greater Manchester and Lancashire area as they are looking to bring in a Family Law solicitor to offer a quality service to their clients. Applications are invitedfrom Family Solicitors who have had a good grounding in private practice that are ready to take their next step up the career ladder working for a reputable, progressive and quality firm.Candidates must;

  • Experience with both private and publicly funded childcare work.
  • Be able to concentrate mainly on public and private law children cases. Candidates should therefore be able to demonstrate knowledge and awareness around the Children Act, relevant legislation and have experience of conducting their own advocacy.
  • Be a fully qualified solicitor, any level of experience welcome
  • Must remain up to date with any changes to legislation, stay compliant with best practices, maintain up to date time recording of work done and billing, and maintain CPD requirements in accordance with Law Society regulations.
  • Be a well-organised self-starter who is keen to make a difference and able to meet targets.
