Role - Aftersales Manger/Service ManagerSalary - £50,000 OTE £70,000 plus carLocation - BlackburnOur client, an outstanding dealer group, require an Aftersales Manager/Service Manager to take the reins of their successful service/parts department.You will be overseeing a large department with 16 productive staff, 4 on service reception, 10 in the workshop and 2 in the parts department plus drivers.This is a superb opportunity for an established Service Manager to take on a big challenge with a great brand and a highly regarded employer.The on target earnings are very realistic and there is scope for over achievement.
