This approach meant they successfully navigated the pandemic, resurfacing with exciting vision and growth plans for the coming years relating to the attraction and retention of newcustomers through state-of-the-art site developments, improved marketing, and their reputation for excellence.The Role:The purpose of the Admissions Officer is to oversee the admissions into the organisation and to support the Head of the Organisation to fulfil the strategic admission aims. The successful candidate will take the prospective individuals from the start tothe end of their admissions journey, providing them with a high-quality experience to match the standards of the organisation.As Admissions Officer, the successful individual will be involved with the following:- Consult with the rest of the team on forecasts and future projections- Develop an Admissions Strategy- Maintain retention and recruitment figures, keeping them all up to date- Ensure the organisation maintain a strong market share by regularly analysing market trends- Enhancing the reputation of the organisation by providing excellent service to all customers- Collecting and analysing all admissions and promotions KPIs- Working to improve internal communications and eventsThis list is not exhaustive but rather an indication of the main requirements of the role.The Requirements: Candidates for this role must have had experience in a marketing, recruitment, sales, or customer service background, as this role is customer-facing. They must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills, and mustbe proactive and adaptable in their role.
