Job Description

The CompanyRutherford Briant are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a regionally recognised brand. The role would suit someone looking for school hours or 2-3 days full days per week or even 4-5 half days per week.The Role / Example Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall bookkeeping and payroll function for the business
  • Managing new starter sales invoicing and credit control
  • Processing purchase invoices and expenses
  • Payment runs and general banking
  • Managing HMRC requirements such as VAT returns and P11d submissions
  • Submitting pension contributions
  • Submitting monthly payroll and commissions information to accountants
  • Payroll journals and accruals
  • Management reporting
The Person:This person would ideally have some previous experience within a similar role.
