Job Description

Adecco are currently recruiting a Data Privacy Analyst to work with our well established client based in Inchinnan on a 6 month contract with potential to go beyond this.Rate of pay £15ph, weekly pay!37.5 hours per week.You will be a key contributor in the day to day operation of the Data Privacy function providing critical administration of the Intake process for the Privacy Office and supporting various areas of Operations including Advisory and Compliance functions. The successful candidate will be a results oriented, enthusiastic collaborator, keen to develop Data Privacy knowledge on an ongoing basis and able to flex priorities in line with operational and project demand.Core Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of the Data Privacy intake process ensuring efficient triage and accurate recording of all requests.
  • Manage Individual Rights Requests for the Data Privacy team and support the related business teams in continuous improvement of this process
  • Provide support to the Operations and Advisory functions as required (Admin, Triage, meeting co-ordination, note taking)
  • Escalation to the Senior Analyst/Privacy Management of unusual trends/ high risk observations
  • Escalation to Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Privacy management for any suspected privacy incidents
  • Support the business in the safeguarding of personal data of employees and customers
  • Support the implementation of policies, standards, templates / tools and training (as developed by the Privacy Office) across the Groups and Functions.
  • Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • The Analyst is not expected to be a subject matter expert in data protection but they should have an interest in building their knowledge and experience in the subject matter.
  • Familiar with / possess a general knowledge of business operations/processes, systems
  • Experience of being involved in a business change management program an advantage
  • Demonstrated results orientation (driving to deadlines, project goals, etc.)
  • Ability to work across a matrixed or virtual organisation and still meet objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
