Job Title: Credit Control (German speaking)Location: Inchinnan, Renfrew (Hybrid - 3 days in Inchinnan, 2 days at home)Job Type: Temporary (3 months, with the possibility of extension)Company: Pharmaceutical client via AdeccoAbout Us: We are representing our Inchinnan based client, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller with cash collections experience to join our dynamic team. We are a global leader in medical pharmaceuticals with a strongcommitment to excellence. As a German speaking Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in our clients finance department, focusing on credit and collections. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely payment from our customers,including top pharma clients, hospitals, and private labs, mainly based in Germany and German-speaking regions. This role involves a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in our clients Inchinnan office and 2 days working from home, equipped with all the necessarytechnology.Key Responsibilities:

Perform collections through email and phone, using pre-defined templates and automation tools - using the German language
Manage customer accounts and release orders when appropriate.
Collaborate with our international team to achieve cash collection targets.
Prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
No manual invoice creation - your focus is on collections.

Requirements:

Credit control experience is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills in English and German (spoken and written).
Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
Target-driven, outgoing, and proactive personality.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Working Hours:

Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
30-minute lunch break provided.
Flexibility with working hours to accommodate time zone differences.

Additional Information:

Hourly pay rates between £11.29 to £11.79 per hour
Performance-based targets, KPIs, and incentives associated with collections.
Initial 3-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension or further opportunities.
