Manpower are looking to recruit a number of Customer Support Representatives on a fixed-term contract until the end of July. The roles will be remote working for the foreseeable, then based at our Clients site in Erskine.Working as part of the Digital Sales team, the successful applicants will qualify marketing leads and assign them to the relevant Partners. You will be responsible for updating the CRM, ensuring accuracy and that all details are recorded. You will speak to customers to collect information and so should have the confidence to conduct calls with a relaxed, confident telephone manner.Knowledge of Sales Force and relevant experience of managing deals through the Sales Stage Cycle would be advantageous.With an outgoing personality, personal confidence and motivation, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential.Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a salary of £18,000 - £19,000 depending on experience.
