Job Description

Adecco are currently recruiting experienced Accounts payable specialist to work with our well established client based in Inchinnan on an ongoing contract.I am looking for someone who is strong in the system space and good at running reports, analyzing the data working with stakeholders to gain feedback and get back to green plan, on top of that there is a other day to day and month end activities within the team, this is not a processing role as such it is a bit more technical.Rate of pay £13.33ph, weekly pay! + quarterly bonus!37. hours per week between 0800 - 1630Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the delivery of all internal and external reporting
  • Produce monthly metric reports with effective analysis to drive sustainable improvement
  • Business partner with other Finance teams to help drive improvements within processes
  • Governance of SOX & departmental controls, dealing with Audit requests when required
  • Own balance sheet reconciliations and analysis ensuring full SOX and audit compliance
  • Drive and lead improvement activities utilizing continuous improvement focusing on automation and elimination
  • Support the GRIR process working with key Procurement contacts to ensure clean ledgers
    • Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Key Skills
  • Requires considerable (3+years) experience in a high performing, high volume, results driven environment, knowledge of a Shared Service network would be highly advantageous
  • Analytical mindset
  • Experience of continuous improvement techniques
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience within a multi-national environment would be advantageous.
  • Clear understanding of accounting standards and guidelines.
  • Team player with the ability to work on own and as part of a team
    • Education
  • Educated to UK standard/higher grade, European High School leaving certificate or equivalent
  • HND/Degree in relevant Finance or Business course
