Job Description

  • Location: North Bristol
  • Up to £45,000 salary
  • Hybrid: 2 days Working from Home 28 days Annual Leave

The JobThis is a rare opportunity to join the UKs largest Property Management company. This successful brand is offering an incredible career opportunity for an experienced Property or Block Manager. The role will include the day-to-day management of a portfoliowhich is made up of AST tenancies as well as some Block Management. The right candidate will need to have a good understanding of Health and Safety, Compliance and experience dealing with, Landlords, Leaseholders, and stakeholders. This role would suit a drivenindividual with exceptional communication and organisation skills. 3 years previous experience will be required within the UK property sector with at least someone that within a property or Block Management role. The role also requires a UK driving licence.
