Job Description

Utilities / Streetworks CoordinatorBishops Stortford£19,000 -£27,000 p/aAlecto Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of an excellent Multi-Disciplined Civil Engineering and Utilities Company.Your role is to provide administration support in accordance with business operations, to provide support to several electrical contracts, meeting service performance standards and deadlines. Youll:

  • Prepare planning forecasts (programmes) for operations
  • Inputting and updating the planning system
  • Submit requests for streetworks notices
  • Road closures, etc. as per TM requirements
  • Create work packs and utility plans in line with Health and Safety requirements
  • Create job records to manage workflow process
  • Take receipt of completed work packs from operations
  • Reconcile work activities on system
  • Liaise with Engineers and act as a port of call for any issues
  • Schedule Engineers working days
  • To carry out any other duties appropriate for a job of this nature
Were looking for:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word and Excel
  • Excellent Organisational Skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good Data inputting and general Knowledge of database systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Utilities or Civil experience
